ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                           Maintain and repair millwork in office areas, suites and food service areas. Design cost estimate and build various structures from rough construction through to finish. Maintain and repair various floor surfaces including carpeting, wood, ceramic and vinyl tiles. Maintain and repair various show related equipment including flooring, staging, risers, tables and chairs. Work with materials such as wood, glass, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall.

Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to repair and erect structures. Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure. Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles, and doors. Repair and install concrete pavers. Install cabinets and molding, build and or repair furniture. Other duties as assigned.
